I was astounded by its features, right down to the integral sun/insect net that hides neatly inside a zipped pocket just beneath the sun canopy. Nitro^City is a slimline yet tough stroller which has become very popular among parents. Simple, lightweight (only 11,3 kg with the City Carrycot) and practical for urban travel on buses and the underground. The stroller is extra narrow (57cm) and very flexible with swivel front wheels, which allow you to turn the stroller on the spot and move easily through busy city streets and shopping centres.

Despite the pram's minimal outer measurements, the seat unit is very generous (90cm long x 32cm wide). These are the same dimensions as most other Emmaljunga prams, allowing your child to use the seat unit in comfort up to approximately 3 years of age.

The seat unit is reversible and the stroller can be used from birth with the addition of the City Carrycot. Nitro^City can be used as a travel system if you buy an adaptor and Emmlajunga's First Class0+Base car seat. If your family grows you can attach a Toddler Seat (accessory) to the seat-unit.

Nitro^City is available in 23 colours. Polar Performance (PP) colours are delivered on a white or black coated chassis.

Protex™

All of our prams from the Model Year 2011 collection (except the Smart and leatherette prams) feature ProtexTM fabrics.

Protex fabrics are not only dirt repellant and highly water repellant, but they also protect against the sun, wind and cold conditions. Use a raincover when the rain is heavy and persistent.

Sun/mosquito net

Easily accessible in the hood of most models.

Reflective Seams

For visibility, reflective seams are featured on our fabrics. Prams with chrome piping (Celebration Edition) are not provided with reflective seams.

Adjustable handle

The handle is height adjustableand can be easily adjusted to suit you.

Safe Frame head protection

The backrest on the seat unit has a protective metal frame which is activated automatically when the backrest is lowered.

5-point Stretch comfort harness

When your child has fallen asleep and you recline the backrest there is no need to make the belt longer so that the child can sleep comfortably as an extra stretch length has been built into the belt so that it sits perfectly regardless of whether your child is sitting or lying down.

EASY FIX™

Automatic additional lock allowing the simple and secure attachment of the seat unit (in both driving directions), the carrycot and Travel System Adaptor on to the chassis.

E.A.S.T™

A child's weight increases five fold during the first 3 years. The child's length is doubled during the same period (see diagram). The E.A.S.T™ adjustable suspension system allows you to adjust the suspension (Low/ Medium/High) according to your child's weight and the terrain for maximum comfort.
