Only buy your Emmaljunga product from an authorised retailer. Authorised retailers are educated continuously on our products and can provide prompt and efficient service using original Emmaljunga spare parts.
Every Emmaljunga pram has a serial number on the chassis, seat unit and carrycot. Please check that these numbers are present on the products. This also applies to Emmaljunga car seats. Never buy a product from which the serial number has been removed.
Our manufacturing guarantee is only valid if the pram has been bought at an authorised Emmaljunga retailer (see retailer list)and has an original serial number on the product.
