With our continuous investments in environmental safeguards and by keeping our transportation activities to a minimum we dare to say that Emmaljunga is today one of the world’s most energy efficient pram factories.
We want to actively participate in creating a good environment for the next generation. Our investments in reducing Emmaljunga's impact on the environment have lead to a reduction of our factory's CO2 emmissions by over 400 tons a year. Other active investments within the energy saving arena have resulted in savings of over 750,000kWh of power a year in our production process. We like to say that we take the lead not only in the technical development of prams, but also in creating what is today, one of the world’s most energy efficient pram factories. In addition, by maintaining production in Europe, the impact of our transportation activities on the environment is much lesser than that of many of our competitors, whose manufactured products are imported from Asia.
